The Seneca Recreation Department offers businesses and individuals the opportunity to support our youth and community programs through our sponsorship program. Your sponsorship helps provide equipment, facility improvements, and expanded programming while also promoting your business to local families. Below are the sponsorship tiers available:

Tier 1: Team Sponsor - $200 Initial Fee / $150 Annual Renewal

• Business name/logo on coach’s shirts
• Recognition on Seneca Recreation’s website and social media
• Custom 2’x4’ signage with business logo displayed

Tier 2: League Sponsor - $1,500 Annual Fee

• Logo placement on all league schedules and promotional materials
• 4’x8’ sign at that league location
• Recognition on Seneca Recreation’s website, social media, and league emails
• Public address recognition at all league events

Tier 3: Scoreboard Sponsorship - $2,500 (1 yr Annual Fee)/ $5,000 (3 yr Annual Fee)

• Logo placement on all league schedules and promotional materials
• Sign with Logo/Company Name on Scoreboard
• Your Company name will be the name of the ball field (Ex. “Field 5 – [Your Company Name]”)
• Recognition on Seneca Recreation’s website, social media, and league emails
• Public address recognition at all league events

Tier 4: Community Partner Sponsor - $5,000 Annual Fee

• Primary Tournaments Sponsor
• 4’x8’ Signage at all facility locations
• Premium recognition on website, social media, and marketing materials
• Business logo featured in the Shaver Complex lobby
• Invitation to present awards at championship games

Tier 5: Facility Upgrade Sponsor - Cost Varies (Based on Project)

• Exclusive naming rights or logo placement for a specific facility upgrade (e.g., scoreboard, field renovations, equipment, etc.)
• Premium recognition on Seneca Recreation’s website, social media, and press releases
• Customized sponsorship package based on project scope and investment level
• Special acknowledgment at grand opening or unveiling event
