Scott Moulder brings more than 22 years of local government management experience to his role as the city administrator of Seneca, SC, a position he has held since 2018. He serves as the chief administrative officer of the City and administers city policies as established by Mayor and City Council on a daily basis.
In that role he directs the personnel and activities of all city departments. He oversees and manages the operations of the City of Seneca and maintains the full services of the City which include police, fire, the court system, public works, parks and recreations, municipal utility services, and maintenance and upkeep of all city properties. He and his staff work on a daily basis to address the needs and concerns of Seneca's citizens.
