Recreation Department
The Seneca Recreation Department provides a variety of activities, special events, and athletics for a wide range of ages. The department maintains 7 lighted Baseball/Softball Fields, 5 Fields at KAPP (for T Ball & Soccer), 2 Football Field and 4 indoor Basketball Courts. We also maintain two outdoor Playgrounds, 2 outdoor Basketball Goals, 2 outdoor Batting Cages, 1 outdoor Soft Toss area, a 1.1 mile paved Walking Track, 18 hole Disc Golf Championship Course, Shorter Beginners Disk Golf Course and a Nature Trail/Cross Country Track 3.2 miles.

The City of Seneca Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to enhancing the community’s quality of life by providing safe, clean, and beautiful parks, open spaces, and recreational facilities. Through professionally managed programs and activities, we strive to foster community engagement, promote well-being, and support economic growth by attracting tourism and encouraging long-term stability.

Sports Registration
Want to sign up for a sport? Awesome! Make sure to check the Master Calendar for all registration and evaluation dates and times. Each sport may have different deadlines, so don’t miss out!
Before you hit the field or court, take a minute to review our Code of Conduct - it’s all about playing fair, showing respect, and having fun!

Please Note:
- First-time participants must have a birth certificate.
Registration fees are:
(Registration fees include the uniform. Call outs for each age group will be scheduled at a later date.)
- Inside City Limits:
- if the City of Seneca picks up your trash you live in City Limits
- $35.00
- Outside City Limits:
- if the City of Seneca DOES NOT pick up your trash you live outside City Limits
- $60.00
Please sign your child up according to individual sports deadlines. No LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
No Registration Will Be Accepted By Phone Or Fax. Registration is online at senecarecdept.recdesk.com

If registering for the first time – please make sure that the parent/guardian is head of household when creating an account.
Please put all request/information we may need in the notes when you register.
Please also use the note section if you would like to coach along with what age group/sport.
