Meter Service Technician
General Purpose:
Performs service connections and disconnections for Seneca Light and Water customers. Reports to the Engineering Department Supervisor.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Performs job orders for service connections. If possible, performs service when requested by the customer.
- Disconnects electric and/or water service for non-payment. Reconnects service when account is rectified.
- Assists with meter reading department as needed.
- Assists in testing meters when needed.
- This position is on-call for emergencies.
