Customer Service Representative and/or Cashier
General Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: taking payments from customers and posting them. This individual must balance a cash drawer and report every day. Must fill out paper work for water and sewer contracts; new service orders for connects, disconnects and service complaints. Works up cut-offs for non-payment. Works closely with the Serviceman and other departments within the City. Assists in other areas of the Billing Department as needed.
Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in the operation of basic office equipment. A good knowledge of computers and Cashier experience a plus.
