Map and Registration Form for the 1st Annual Seneca Half Marathon and 5K
Saturday March 19, 2011 at 8:00 am - Join us for a beautiful scenic run through the Historical Downtown Seneca Area. The race will begin and  end at  The Shaver Complex. Prizes will be given to the top 3 overall male and female winner in the half marathon and a medal will be given to each half marathon participant. Ella Mae Bowen Performing at 'First Night 2011'
"Ella Mae is a 15 year old singer-songwriter from Seneca, South Carolina. Veterans Day Parade
A Celebration for our Veterans!! Come and join us for a Veterans Day Parade in Seneca, SC - starting at the intersection of Railroad St and Fairplay St - the parade route will then continue down North 1st St, Depot St, and Main St ending on Ram Cat Alley. VET FEST 2010 - In Honor of All Veterans
VET FEST 2010 will be held at Norton Thompson Park in beautiful downtown Seneca - Saturday November 13 from 11 am - 3 pm. There will be a Military Vehicle Cruise-In, Motorcyles, and a PIN Stop to benefit American Legion Post 120. Come out and show your support for our Veterans. Congratulations to Seneca's Palmetto State Champs!!
It happened on a Monday in Liberty, SC -  November 1, 2010.  Two teams met to battle the battle of the year - the 2010 Palmetto State Championship  for the 12 and under division in football.   Both teams had played and trained hard all season! Both teams were ready! The two teams were Seneca and Abbeville - only one would walk away the winner. That team belonged to Seneca! The final score Seneca 12 - Abbeville 8 - Congratulations to the 2010 Palmetto State Champions...

Ghost and Globlin 3K and Halloween On The Green
On October 31, 2010, Seneca held it's annual 'Halloween on the Green' with the 1st annual 'Ghost and Goblin 3K Costume Contest'. With a record number of people in attendance there were crazy costumes, 3000 hotdogs, inflatables, face painting, and games - something for everyone!! What FUN is was!!! Of course, every ones favorite Fred and Wilma Flintstone won the costume contest - they were wonderful! Coming in 2nd was the cutest little cat and  3rd was none other than...
